  ExpoHellas was initially introduced to the public in 2006 (it was running under the name xHellenica back then) and within six years, it managed to establish its appearance in 152 countries around the world (data: Google Analytics, year 2012).
  
  It presents to its thousands of visitors, Greek export companies with details, background story, products, as well as the possibility of a direct contact with these companies, either through their websites or via e-mail.

HORECA Greece

The largest trade show in Greece!Every year HORECA, the largest exhibition in Greece and one of the largest and best of its kind internationally, arrives to confirm its massive reputation and attract tens of thousands of professional visitors, operating as the most effective commercial forum but also as a platform for innovative developments for the Hotel and broader Catering sectors.

Although it has only been running for 9 years, it is considered a model exhibition and has been imprinted on everyone’s conscience as the top exhibition for Hotels and the Food service sector in Greece. HORECA is not just a great commercial event. It is a broader social event that brings together Tourism and Gastronomy professionals and makes a real contribution to the upgrading of the country’s tourist product.

Very few exhibitions even at international level have managed to increase their exhibition size by 555% in only 9 years.

Preparations already underway for HORECA 2016!

This year’s HORECA trade show has been a resounding success, and FORUM SA, its organizing company, has already started preparations for the forthcoming 11th HORECA, to comply with the hundreds of requests from purveyor companies in the hospitality and foodservice industry, wishing to be featured in next year’s event that will take place from 12-15 February 2016, at the Metropolitan Expo exhibition centre—in fact, special arrangements are currently being made to accommodate even more exhibitors!

Trying to consolidate HORECA’s reputation as the foremost trade show in the hospitality and foodservice industry in the Balkans, FORUM SA is presently creating a database with the biggest hotel chains, the most important foodservice businesses, as well as all HoReCa wholesalers in Southeast Europe. Furthermore, in order to achieve maximum internationalization, HORECA 2016 has invited decision-makers from major companies to participate in the show’s extended hosted buyer program.

HORECA’s significance as a meeting-point for the tourism and foodservice industry, has urged FORUM SA to constantly invest in further organizational infrastructures, new and improved special events, and ways to attract more trade visitors, steadily increasing the benefits for exhibitors and visitors alike, with each passing year.
